    Since you don't have a skell to return to via menu, fast travel somewhere or you can use terrain damage reducer augs (need 100% for immunity) on your armor. Also, if you DO lose all your HP, you are transported to the nearest or last landmark you were at (not sure which). Only "penalty" for losing all HP is it tracks it every time, only destroyed skells cost money w/o insurance if no salvage tix.
