Also, the sister is wearing a different dress - dark red with skulls intead of a blue dress- she had the same dress at the final scene when beat the game. I also have all my photos from my previous game.

You're now playing through the Second Quest. In doing so, you keep any pictographs and figurines you obtained during your original playthrough, and you get to play through the game in Link's pajamas.

No. Once you beat Ganondorf in the Second Quest, the game does the Zelda norm for most games and boots you back to before you fought him.
