    Well, the Brogs give more defence and has more Topple Resistance + has TP up instead of TP Rebound which is an improvement since TP Rebound either has low chance of giving TP or gives only a little. I'd say the Brogs with the TP aug added, but that's based solely on what I see in the picture.

    Yep, there is a little bit of context behind this, but the Brogs are better out of these. Ultimately though like I said you either want Reginal gear from shop or Supreme Shorts :)
