DI and Tech Help for 3DS

For all you experts at this game, how should I practice my DI and Teching? I have all the default stages, and my only DLC one is Midgar (Cloud). I want to up my game by perfecting these.

    pratice DI on on lv 7 cpus and teching until you get the hang of it just try it out FG

    I learned both of these things just by playing Melee. If you have Wii U version of game then you can easily learn teching on Zelda's Temple.

    Get a friend to launch you into walls or even explosives in training. Just to get the timing tighter.
