Which characters do you think deserve a buff?

I'd personally say they should buff Jigglypuff by making it's throws combo into other attacks and make it's rest kill at slightly earlier percentages.

    While I doubt any more balance patches (or updates of any sort) will be made for Smash 3DS/Wii U, I don't think it would be a bad idea to give Jigglypuff, Olimar, and PAC-MAN a buff or two
