I have this game for Nintendo 3DS, but is the Wii U Edition an upgrade from SSB Brawl and the 3DS Editions?

    I'd say it kinda depends on your play style. If you're more of a casual player, I'd say you made the better choice getting it for the 3DS. If you're more of a competitive player and have mastered the art of Smash Bros, you might prefer the Wii U version
