Debuffs and Buffs on Sm4sh Charcters

Discuss what characters should get buffed/debuffed, or just say how unfortunate DDD was when he got debuffed, when he was already pretty bad.

    Even though I doubt there's going to be another update of this sort, I think Ness should get a small DeBuff, because PK Fire spam is annoying to deal with. Zelda, Olimar, Mr.GaW, and Jigglypuff shoul get a small buff. And when Dedede got DeBuffed, I was indifferent since I didn't use him much.

    Zelda needs a Huge Buff. I made a whole discussion page about the Specific buffs she needs. She feels like an incomplete character at times & its sad for us Zelda Mains

    imo Charizard should be buffed. his spike is decent, but his smashes are god awful. if it doesnt connect, 99% of time you will be punished. a lot of his moves have a lot of ending lag. ik hes a heavy-weight, but still

    After some thought I decided that Jigglypuff, Little Mac, and PAC-MAN could use buffs in that order of importance. Jigglypuff is self-explanatory. Due to Little Mac's short-comings off the ground I think his Grab and Throws all could use a buff. Seriously why does a strictly ground-based character lack a kill throw? The statup for his Grab could use faster startup, less ending lag, and...

    ...possibly a slight adjustment to give it better range. I'm not terribly knowledgeable about PAC-MAN but it's painfully obvious that his grab animation at least deserves an adjustment. I didn't put Penguin in because he was already mentioned.
