I just thought of something, These Four Pokemon have no Gender Differences. For all we know, Lucario, Charizard, & Greninja can be Females, & Jigglypuff could be a Male.

    I've always referred to Jigglypuff as a male, even though it doesn't look like a male or a female

    Most pokemon can have male and female variances ( excluding the Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, with the exception of Latios and Latias. )

    Greninja, Lucario, and Charizard are more likely to be male than female. Jigglypuff is more likely to be male. Look up their gender ratios if you haven't.

    Also I'm pretty sure Puff's voice clips are voiced by a girl.

    I know but for Char,Luca, & Gre they still have a 25% chance of being Female & Jiggs has a 25% of being male. & regardless if who the pokemon is voiced by that doesn't change the Gender. Piccolo & Kid Goku are voiced by Females too you know
