    first, you have to be on that same screen then press the home button go to the internet browser open your email click compose click the paperclip put in your image send it to yourself and open it up on your computer and save the image then make it your wallpaper

    You can skip all that and just sign into Miiverse on the computer and then right click on the image and click view image, then save it.
