Idea on how the Miis can work in SSB5

When you boot up the game for the first time they're already on the character select screen, and the different classes all have their own slot. When you choose them you have two options appear above the name entry box. (Continued in comments)

    I say go full Soul Calibur 5/Tekken 6 on it. More clothing catagories(shirts, pants, shoes, gloves etc.), color sliders, more fighting styles, decals(like Soul Calibur/Tekken) possibly even voice over options. (Imagine where that could go)

    @Luminator The current Mii fighter system is flawed and needs some fixing. @Naruto What do you mean by that. Also I've changed my mind on one thing. They'll all still share a slot next to the random box, like Sm4sh.

    I'd like the option to choose a Mii then choose a class for them from the character select, rather than giving them a single class.

    I'll edit it a bit: 1. The Miis still share a character slot. 2. Selecting the slot will bring up a screen asking you what Mii class you want to be. 3. Choosing a class will have the Mii be the Mii that appears in the promotional art.

    4. Above the name box is are three options: a. Change the Mii to a Mii from the Mii Maker b. Change the B moves of the Mii fighter. (This is not allowed in online play)

    Oh yeah, forgot to say: When you select the Mii character slot it also gives you an option to play as a completly customized Mii instead of the default classes.

    More Mii Fighter Classes -Sports Player (Wii Sports) -Wii Player (Wii Player) -Wandering Hero (Streetpass Quest/Find Mii) -Islander (Tomodachi Life) -Various classes from Miitopia The current ones we have (Brawler, Swordfighter & Gunner) can stay as Mii veterans.

    why not all miitopia classes it will make the game more fun and intresting plus there should be a mii which you can make up any moves you want but the programming will be complicated for the game makers
