Best Character in the Game ?

Forget Tier Lists for a Minute I don't mean based on Tournament Wins & all that Jazz. I mean who do you feel has the Best Tools & Triumphs over all the Others. I personally think Peach in the Best Character Utility Wise but what about you guys ?

    Oh I can't imagine that this happened.. "Forget about the tierlist..". Thank the goddess. Now I can die in peace. Personally I would still say Bayonetta. 1. Bayonetta 2. Cloud 3. Fox 4. Sonic 5. Shiek 6. Cpt. Falcon 7. ZS Samus 8. Ryu 9. Mario 10. Marth just my opinion. But everyone has a slightly different.. that's why I think the tierlist is stupid ;)

    Not including tier lists. Diddy Kong and Zero Suit have the best tools to win matches. They have great movement options, quick attacks, good combos, and strong kill moves. And also Mii Gunner 1111 setup. Yeah Mii Gunner.
