The Few Characters Smash Got Wrong

I've had this idea on my mind for a while now, but I'm basically gonna list the characters who's movesets don't match their characters in the comments

    Luigi - Luigi is a Giant Scaredy-cat so his moves should reflect that. He's classified as a Half Grappler where I feel like his Moveset should be more "Hit & Run"

    Sonic - Wally is gonna kill me for this, but Sonic is one of the Biggest Turtles (which is extremely Ironic) in this Game. He's THE FASTEST thing alive. He doesn't make sense to be a Camp Heavy Character. I know you're not Obligated to play a Turtle Playstyle, but in High Level Play, he's at his Peak while being a Camper

    Ryu - They didn't exactly get him Wrong in this regard, but I feel like it was a Huge missed opportunity to not give him an EX Gauge, especially if Cloud has his Limit

    Ganondorf - They based a Character with a huge amount of Moveset potential off of a character who's moveset is completely made up. Now I understand why he was a Clone of Capt. Falcon is Melee, but it's been 13 years

  • How I'd personally fix Ganondorf: 1. Give him his sword and make all his sword attacks about as fast as Ike's, but a little slower. 2. All his specials would all basically be the same, but Warlock Punch is replaced with the one that uses his sword. 3. Make him as fast as he was in Melee

  • I would've liked to see more of Cloud's limit breaks instead of what he got. He has quite a few good ones. His side-taunt had some potential, perhaps to strengthen limit break attacks or the limit gauge.

  • How I personally fix Sonic: Add Super Rush from Sonic the Fighters, remove the first hitbox on FTilt, change UTilt to Sonic Up Draft from Sonic Battle, change Dash Attack back to Brawl version, make USmash only hit once, change DSmash to Sonic Flare from Sonic Battle, change NAir to Insta Shield from Sonic 3, change FAir to Sonic Eagle from Sonic Battle, change BAir to Windmill from Sonic Battle,

  • Sonic KINDA reflects defensive play in his games by zipping by his opponents to find an opening. I know he excels in defensive play. I even try to camp with him sometimes.

  • I've been craving for a moveset change for Sonic since Sm4sh's release. If they add Classic Sonic they should give Sonic a new revamped moveset and give Classic Sonic Sonic's current moveset. Sonic could do so much with the light dash and boost. He rarely has spindash in his modern games.

    Fact:(would you count this to close to the discussion) PacMan's Creator wanted pac to be Close to the original not the ghost series. Pac would of got dropped all together if they didn't do what HE wanted!

  • Ganondorf does have two moves he actually uses in Twilight Princess. Side B he uses in the execution cutscene. And side tilt he uses during the final boss fight.

  • In Smash Cloud is Level 99 with all Action Materia equipped. Ryu has an EX Move from the Street Fighter III and IV series that is arguably his most memorable. That would be his Shakunetsu Hadouken. Come at me Shinpuu Tatsumaki Senpu Kyaku fans. Sonic has a few moves in Sonic Battle that I suppose could've been implemented. Thing is his new Down Smash seems to be inspired by that. Also he...

  • ...CAN be played aggressively with efficiency. Look up Camalange. I cannot make up much of an argument for Ganondorf. I think Zero Suit Samus is dead inaccurate. Sure her moves are fitting and cool-looking but, uh, she's supposed to be WEAKER without her Powersuit...not SIGNIFICANTLY STRONGER. Same applies to Shiek and Zelda.

    Well i always though ZZS made sense to be stronger. I mean mobility is a huge deal in fighting games & Samus in tht clunky suit she doesn't have it. so now tht she took it off she's alot more nimble & flexible.
