自分が読んでいる新聞には、川島教授のコラムが2週間に1度掲載されているんですが、今日が最終回でした。鬼トレへの思いや効果についても語られていたので、とても興味深い内容でした。「国民全員のスマート・エイジングを実現する。」これが川島教授達の夢だそうです。頑張って下さい。陰ながら応援したいと思います。
