OK, go to thr Outfitter's Test Hanger and find Yardley, he'll have a mission called Yardley's Scheme, then go to the A.D. and look for a mission at the console called House of Cards, once you complete both you'll get the option available to change your avatar. If you need more help with either mission let me know and I'll do my best, I'm a bit tired atm so I'm having trouble concentrating properly
