    you have to make the lighthouse light up again on windfall island. make the wind blow north, then go up the long ladder behind the windmill and press the button to make it start moving again. then use fire arrows while riding the windmill to light the fire at the top of the lighthouse. this will make that chest materialize.

    since you have the treasure chest you can climb the bomb shop and fly off with your korok leaf and land on the platform
