The voice work in the Sonic Adventure games can be bad, yeah, but I feel like Tails' lines were intentionally made to be as bad as possible. Like, you've got Eggman trying to have a heart-to-heart talk with him and he just blurts out "WE ALL DID IT TOGETHER". How does that fit the scene? Why does he need to say this? Who approved this dialogue?

    I think it had more to do with the translation and localization.
