    You'll need to save tingle first. first of all enter a brick house with a cage in it (if you entered in and saw Lenzo the picture-taker, your on the wrong floor), you'll see tingle. Then break the pots and you'll see a button. Step on it, and free him. Then go to the person wearing a winter coat and speak with him, you'll have to pay 80 (i think) rupees for a sail.

    Later you'd want the swift sail, which goes faster and you don't have to change the direction of the wind by the wind waker. You win that by an auction at night at the first floor of the rich man's house.
