MilitaryXXXXXという装備について

最近miiverseを見ていてMilitaryXXXXXという名前の防具を身に付けている人がいるんですが、最近チーターが増えているので「どうせチートだろう」と思っていたら「分身バグで作れる」というコメントを見ました。で、その防具と分身バグについてどういう物なのか誰か詳しく教えてくれませんか？
