Thoughts on Lucas in Smash 4?

What are your thoughts on him in the current metagame? Do you agree with his current placing on the tier list? (C tier, 32nd) Let me know in the comments.

    I don't think he should be in Smash because his game was never localized, and the Mother series ended ages ago. Plus, he's a Ness clone.

    Tsk. He is a semi clone. Ness and Lucas play way different from each other. Also by that logic Roy shouldn't be in here either. Lucas and Roy are both fan favorites and I doubt they'll be removed again.

    I think Lucas is closer to a full clone. He and Ness both have bats, PK Fire, PK Thunder, the same final smash, and very similar grabs.

    Lucas has enough differences to be a semiclone. He uses PK Love in most of his attacks, has a tether, PK Freeze, PSi Magenet is different, PK Thunder is different, and PK Fire is different. Also he uses a stick not a bat ;p

    Just to add, Lucas has a grab that works as a long ranged recovery-Ness doesnt. Most of their PSI moves are similar, but the effects are different. Ness' fire continuously injures the foe, Lucas' blasts and vanishes after impact. Ness' bolt launches a fighter and disappears, while Lucas can hit people multiple times, then launching. Ness' magnet surrounds him, Lucas' is in front of him...

    adding to that, Ness' magnet pushes people after it vanishes, Lucas' will injure a foe, maybe even K.O. Basically, Lucas relies on PSI more than Ness does. Knowing him as a character, he is PK Okey.
