Reminder that the key to a healthy diet is eating balanced meals. Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Protein and dairy all make for healthy meals just make sure you eat the right amount. Make sure you also drink water but not too much. You should get at least an hour of physical activity but like the rest, don't overdo it. You don't have to avoid all sweets, but you should keep it as low as possible.
