    Really, I think the only difference between frenzied monsters and regular ones is that frenzied have more defense, health, and attack. Thankfully it's not like they learn any new moves, then I guess it would be more like a subspecies than the same monster.

    They are like the regular ones but it has more health, and more attack. You can break the frenzy by attacking enough. (Wait until you hunt Apex monsters!)
