The first October Shootout goes to... Hïkärï! (Mizael-Hikari) She is an amazing artist! I remember her most for the creative OCs she would make, then change her Mii to. I am glad to have been able to do an Art Trade with her. She was actually the miiverse user who introduced me to all these art terms like OC or WIP. Thank you for everything you've done Hïkärï! I'll miss you when Miiverse ends!!
