Expecting a different moveset? TOO BAD. WALUIGI MOVESET. (Specials and Waluigi's gimmick only.)

Vanity and Anger Meter Waluigi is possibly the only character with two meters. When Waluigi deals damage, the Vanity meter increases, and when Waluigi is hit, it decreases. With the Anger meter, it's completely vice versa: When he gets hit, it increases, and when he deals damage, it decreases. (cont.)

    This game of Flip-Flop is critical to his gameplay. When the Vanity meter is full, use Down B, and you'll become Tricky Cheater. When your Anger meter is full, do the same thing, and you'll become Angry Cheater. I will explain the rest tomorrow, since I'm running low on posts. Sorry to leave you on a cliffhanger. But tell me: what do you think about this whole ''dual meter'' idea?

    Neutral B: Trick or Treat: Waluigi throws up a Bob-omb and whacks it with his tennis racket. See previous Waluigi Moveset for more detail. However, if you hold B and do a directional input... Side: Waluigi spins a hammer and tosses it forward. Taken from the Waluigi's Reign minigame, the hammer is Waluigi's slowest projectile, but also his strongest. Up: Waluigi tosses up a Blue Shell up.     It homes in on the player with the least amount of percent. However, it IS possible for the Blue Shell to home in on Waluigi. Down: Waluigi fires the upside-down L as another projectile. It moves slow, however, it also homes in on the opponent. Side B: Swimming Return: Waluigi swims in the air, defying gravity, and hitting opponents in front of him.     Further explain. Up-B: Whirluigi Waluigi performs his spin dance move, and creates a tornado around him, sending him up. Down-B: Dirty Cheater See Sparky Sticker on previous Waluigi moveset. But when the meter is full, wether it is vanity or anger, you will gain a special state. I'll go over Tricky Cheater first. When Tricky Cheater is activated, Waluigi's speed is increased by 2x (cont.)

    And he takes half damage from attacks! However, in this state, he is much easier to knock off the stage, and his falling speed is decreased. This state lasts for 15 seconds.     Waluigi's purple wrenches from the Arcade Mario Kart games, which are much faster, although weaker, and Waluigi's Blue Shell becomes a Whisker Missile. The damage is the same, but it will go after the opponent, no matter what.     Waluigi's deke from Strikers Charged. Think Mewtwo's teleport, but a bit faster. Angry Cheater Now Waluigi is angry, with his four armed backpack. Waluigi's attacks deal 2x the damage, but he also takes 2x more damage. However, his is much harder to knock off screen. This lasts for 15 seconds. AC B: Electric Pinch Waluigi darts one of his mechanical arms foward, shooting a lighting bolt. (cont.)

    AC Side B: Bob-Omb Blaster: Waluigi's backpack changes into a big pipe-shaped blaster. In this blaster is 20 Bob-ombs. If you jump, it costs 2 bombs. You can fire the bombs with a controller, or drop on for Waluigi to throw. If the opponent attacks Waluigi when he firing the bombs, the controller will explode, and the blaster will start firing bombs at randon before it explodes. You have (cont.)

    Access to only one Blaster, so make it count. AC Up B: Liftoff: Waluigi's backpack will get rockets on the back off them, sending Waluigi to a great height. One small step for Waa. One giant leap for Waakind. This deals no damage to opponents. All the Final Smash ideas are in the previous Waluigi moveset. SO. What do you think of this insanity of a character?
