Both sides were at fault on this one. As for why "Rick & Morty" fans acted worse than other fanbases, it's easily a matter of the show itself. I don't blame the show though, it's just that the ignorance of its fans & the way it handles itself is a toxic formula. "Rick & Morty" is not a sensitive show & in order to do its comedy, it often had its top bill character, Rick, Continue...

... be obnoxious, insensitive, loud, aggressive, self-centric. This works for the show by making incredibly comedic situations & an interesting character, but the fans make a mistake with this. They act like Rick. In a frustrating case involving "Rick & Morty", a portion of fans will do what they feel is "fitting": Act like Rick. This leads to yelling & being blatant jerks.

Never have any of us seen idiotic behavior of this magnitude, By the way this actually relates to my early statements about how nuts these fans can be, Being loud & obnoxious is A ok but being quiet and respectable that's a no no

Sorry for not responding & being gone for awhile. I got interrupted by Miiverse maintenance, then my internet connection acted up & by the time I got it going again, I had to get some sleep due to business the following day, & today I was busy indeed. As for "Rick & Morty's" fans' behavior, it was pretty radical even by other fandoms' standards. Also, did Miiverse glitch & duplicate your comment?

I hate it when we're in the middle of a conversation or discussion and it gets interrupted by events like this, As well as internet issues

Yes and it's something we have to live with, Moving to a different topic, Aren't you sick/tired of everyone miss understanding Cynics like you and me?, The problem is they think we're straw complainers or whiners and other such nonsense like it

I see things how I see them: Realistically. One of my mottos is: Expect the worst. Hope for the best. I don't buy into hype since it often leads to disappointment. I don't believe in perfection, everything/one has a flaw of some degree. I acknowledge the negative with the positive to have a wider perception. I simply acknowledge the negative with the positive making me a fairly neutral person.

Most people believe in happy fairlytale endings, Or if they wait for something good to come to them and that plan A is surefire thing without fail, The problem with certain people is that they don't seem to see the negative side of life, You can make the best out of a bad situation and things can get better (if the effort is made) but unfortunately many turn a blind eye and deafs on this however

It's ignorant to look at something from one side or only the sides you favor. While not as enjoyable, looking at something from as many sides as possible, good & bad gives a better perspective. Figure out all outcomes, hope for the best, but be ready for all of them even the worst. I feel it typically keeps you at least one step ahead of the game.

I think we've encounterd one to many of them here on Miiverse (you know those foolish enough to believe they can save Miiverse) and the one's who believe in astrology (which rather hokey) i accept unfortunate events as is and i move forward but with blind optimistic they can't handle a loss no matter how small

Although I'll miss it, Miiverse's end was officially announced when the Switch came around & Nintendo seldom changes their mind when it comes to business practices. Trying to protest or make petitions to prevent Miiverse's termination only wastes time & makes Miiverse less fun as a result of the constant annoying/depressing posts on the same subject. I'm just doing my thing until this all ends.

Same here, As much as i will miss Miiverse there's too much negativity here (even before the shutdown was announced) people act like jerks to one another for no good reason other then because they can, Just today some fool tried/failed to make me look like a straw whiner who was in the wrong by being somewhat glad over Miiverse's departure

I'm personally not glad about Miiverse's termination, but I accept that it'll happen regardless of how anyone feels. Also, I know & respect that there are varying opinions on Miiverse in general.
