Since Black and White came out, you've been able to catch both Vanillite and Trubbish in every game except OR/AS, where you can catch Trubbish but not Vanillite. I say that in the hypothetical Sinnoh remakes, Game Freak should keep up the yin/yang thing Hoenn and Sinnoh have, and make Vanillite catchable but not Trubbish.
