    They are not really set in one location, thry just appear sometimes when you kill a moblin (i think thats what they are called) the monsters you see in every dungeon that have swords or wooden sticks. you can also find these creatures at the random outposts through out the map, they are easy to spot because they shoot canons at you. hope this helped.
