    That place dont let you return to the camp, take with you the green gas that let you return to the camp and the items to combine to make more. also high potions, and potions with honey to make more, null berrys and some tasty meat. that is the basic bag. complement with your needs.

    attack the small front arms to topple it, then attack head, then repeat. U may use fast weapons like insect glaives. or if slow weapons, be careful of the frenzy pools. They hit more than the actual monster xD. dont get too far from him so he won't charge u alot. :)
