Waluigi Moveset (Special Moves only)

Neutral B: Bob-omb Serve: Waluigi tosses out a Bob-omb, and whacks it with his Tennis Racket. At times, a Whiskered Eggplant will take place of the Bob-omb, and when made contact with an enemy, will slow them down and deal damage over time.

    Side B: Swimming Return: Waluigi will swim through the air horizontally, defying gravity, and hitting anyone in front of him. If done in the air, press B again, and Waluigi will do a beautiful swan dive, going straight down, till he makes contact with solid ground or an enemy. Grounded enemys with be stuck in the ground if they are hit, and airborne enemys will be spiked.

    Up B: Whirluigi: Waluigi will start doing his famous spinning dance, and will create a tornado around, sending him up a good distance. This attack is multi-hit, like Wario's Corkscrew, Bowser's Whirling Fortress, etc. Alright, I have a few different ideas for Waluigi's Down B. Sparky Sticker: With a chuckle, Waluigi will place a Sparky Sticker from Mario Party 4 on the ground. (cont.)

    These stickers, when stepped on, give a similar effect to Zero Suit's Paralyzer, where they will be stuck there for a small bit of time. However, unlike the Paralyzer, this only deals one damage if you don't follow up. You'll only have one out at a time, and if you try to put another one out, Waluigi will just look confused as he looks in his pockets. There is also a small chance (cont.)

    for a Motion Sensor Bomb to be used. Potted Piranha Plant: Similar to that of the Villager's, Waluigi pulls out a large plant, and waters it, letting a Pirahna Plant out. The Piranha Plant will bite anyone near it, and Waluigi needs to keep watering it so it can stay alive. However, watering it too much at one time, will cause the Piranha Plant to be hostile to Waluigi and Waluigi ONLY. (cont.)

    When the Piranha Plant is not out, the pot can be picked up by anyone as a heavy object. Piledriver Stomp: We've all seen Waluigi do the stomp thing in his assist trophy. I also have a few ideas for Waluigi's Final Smash. Waluigi Pinball: Anyone within range will be shrunk down, and throwed into a giant Waluigi-themed pinball machine.     The enemies in there. Destruction Dance: Waluigi will start dancing to his battle theme in DDR: Mario Mix. While he's doing so, Bob-ombs will randomly appear through thin air, dropping on enemies. To make matters worse, vines from Mario Strikers Charged will start appearing out of the ground, limiting the battlefield. Special Shot: Waluigi suddenly gains a four-armed backpack that has (cont.)

    Dodgeballs/pucks at the end. Waluigi will throw out 15 or so dodgeballs/pucks before ending the final smash with the backpack malfunctioning and blowing up, hurting everyone around Waluigi. SO. What do you think?

    Not too long actually. I knew I wanted to use Bob-ombs and such, but with the Down B and Final Smash, I had so many ideas that I had to include them as well. I was also thinking of a gimmick for Waluigi that involves two meters, and when you use Down B when it's full, it would give him an entire new moveset and such for 15 seconds. I can go into further detail if you guys want.
