    I actually just got it with an air dash, but barely. Maybe her other air move works better here? I don't have it yet.

    ...Nevermind on the other air move, hovering definitely can't reach. You have to jump and then air dash after the height of your jump, not too soon.

    ...Okay, now I got it. You have to jump from the very edge of that platform on the left, because if you don't you'll hit your head on the ceiling for some reason. After you reach the height of your jump, air dash before you start falling.
