If you're as lucky as I am, you might have run into the black screen bug in Earthlock that completely stops your progress and renders your game unplayable. I considered it reasonable to write to Nintendo Support, and after a week of waiting, they have agreed to issue a refund. So if you're having this problem, report it to Nintendo Support in your country! It is your right as a customer!
