The one plus I can think of about the next Star Fox game continuing from where Zero left off is that it means Krystal has a second chance of getting a more dignified introduction or at least one that doesn't involve her being a damsel in distress for the majority of the game.

    Oddly enough, Nintendo hasn't had any real opposition to adding Krystal into another Star Fox game. They just stick with the original four for whatever reason.

    That's if Nintendo sees Zero is worth making a sequel to. As it stands, Zero seems to be its own one and done deal. I would like to see Krystal reintroduced in better way so the more purists of the Starfox fanbase can stop have spasms whenever she is mentioned.

    Sounds like a their biggest obstacle is coming up with a new story in general. They've been spinning the original story for way too long. A leash on Miyamoto and whoever else that thinks a new game needs an awful gimmick would be great as well.

    @Jonathan: They could. Instead of a generic "Save the Lylat System" they could try something new. Maybe Wolf gets a large number of recruits who kidnap a Star Fox member?
