How do I get the minerals from mining probes? Do they automatically go to my inventory or do I have to go somewhere to collect them?

    Yes it's automatic but you need to wait a certain amount of time, I think it's 20 minutes (20 hours in game) for some probes to generate revenue and SOME minerals. You won't get minerals from every probe every time, I don't know if it takes an hour to make a full rotation or not but you'll definitely have to wait.
