Losing DLC Characters?

I randomly got on and Bayonetta was gone, I tried to re download her but It says I didn't purchase her... Help? I have a screenshot of me having her for proof

Still this can't be ignored, I would say tell Nintendo in some way, email, call centre something, just so long as you have proof. If you have posts that have a picture of Bayo on the character select and proof it is yours, you could save that image and email them. This would be problematic so informing Nintendo ASAP would be best I think.
