    Did you save during the mission? If not, all you have to do is exit the game, then restart from your last save point. But if you saved once you started it, you'll be stuck until you finish it. Which is why the game warns you /not/ to do it before you accept any affinity mission. The good news is: even if you did, Then and Now is one of the shortest and easiest affinity missions in the game.
