Reminder that the key to a healthy mind is to have balance in the activities that require and affect the mind. There are seven general daily mental activities. They are: Focus Time, Play Time, Connecting Time, Physical Time, Time In, Down Time, and Sleep time. Remember that there's no "one" formula for a healthy mind as we are all individuals and therefore have different needs but this is a start.
