gold pants mii???

what does it mean when a mii in your plaza has gold pants? do they work at nintendo? i passed them a few days ago but i was just walking to school, so i think it was just a promotion for a game

    It's typically someone from Nintendo, but the mii can also be a developer for a game published by Nintendo. Called "Special Miis", you typically receive them via Spotpass during events or promotions

    Yeah they are official distribution miis from nintendo employees. Someone hacked it one time, to distribute their mii with gold pants. I'm proud of my mii even without gold pants on them, lol...
