It seems they redesigned the fusion suit, its bulkier, the visor is more natural to fit the theme of the suit, the chestplate potrudes like the standard powersuit, arm canon is slightly different to show what beam is equipped, and the suit looks more feminine thanks to added bulk (Like how previous suits did to make her ambigous but in fusion the suit is very masculine in its apperence
