Who thinks Nintendo should do online surveys so that gamers can help create the games e.g for the next Zelda they could have questions like 'do you want breakable weapns?' Yes/No etc. At least then they'd know what people liked/didn't like about the games.

    Nah. I'd rather play what their designers come up with. Besides Nintendo already sends out emails asking you to fill out a surveys.

    @LEX I think it would be much more creative of Nintendo letting the fans have some sort of control over the direction of their games. In fact, fans have better ideas than the developers themselves whether you choose to believe it or not it's true.

    @Max, giving fans control over direction of Nintendo's games is like giving fans control over how Nolan makes a movie or Murakami write a novel. You wouldn't want to watch that kind of movie or read that book. You pay to see/read their vision.

    @T Gun - Nintendo used to do a lot of user surveys back in the Club Nintendo days but as Lex said, they still send out e-mails to do surveys every now & again to get user feedback.
