    I kind of already mentioned where the Platform Chart was in the initial post, but to narrow it down a bit, it's in the submarine at that location. For the Light Ring Chart, first you must clear the second attack on the Forsaken Fortress, then go to Cyclops Reef and obtain the Treasure Chart there by taking out all the cannons. The Light Ring Chart is also at Cyclops Reef via that Treasure Chart.
