Edge-Guard Options As Dedede

How would you edge-guard an opponent after you knock them offstage as Dedede? I usually just go for the shortstick or the fullstick (If I Have Time) after knocking an opponent offstage.

    I've never been fond of gordo stick. But I should work more on that, even if it works 50% of the time. My favourite edgeguard options: >I go offstage, then Nair/Fair my opponent (many times if necessary), then float back to the stage. > If I don't have time, I just stay on stage and gordo him/her while he's about to execute his 2nd jump. >I can even try to spike him but it's rare.

    Also you have Bair for (some)charas that recover straight upwards (successful on Cloud,Mii Brawler and StarFox buddies. Even more succesful if the opponent has trouble with teching).
