    Probably Disney Art Academy or Pokemon Art Academy if you want to make Pixel Art then PixelMaker and ComicMaker are good one's

    Glance around on the Pokémon art academy and the Disney art academy communities and see which you'd think are better. I DAA has easier controls. I like it.
