    Stress is bad. I have A.D.D, so compared to you, sophomore year should be a breeze, but every day I feel either empty inside or chaotic and stressed. Today was the worse. I guess its just the combination of moving as well as getting used to sophomore year. In any case, you can make it. You're strong.
