Question

Brand new copy refuses to play...

My copy refuses to play. Every other game I own plays fine, it's just this one. I tried searching google but i'm not finding out anything useful. I have already exchanged the game for a different one and the same problem persists. Whats going on? is it the console (2months old) or the patch update? I'm so confused right now...
