Damaging Pokes, Patience, Zairs [for characters that have them], Lingering Hitboxes off Stage [Ganondorf's Nair For Example], Bait Witch Time & Grab [you can risk hitting her but you might trigger Bat Within so just to play it safe just Grab], Ignore her Camping [seriously she can't handle pressure]

How to beat cloud?

Don't try to punish him after he does a move, try to punish what he does afterwards. FE : If he does a Nair, don't try to punish the Nair, punish if he rolls or something. Also get him offstage & unless he has Limit it should be over from there
