    @DarkJer, Nintendo owned almosy 50% of Rare and sold it to MS. Considering Rare's output since they sold it, not a mistake at all.

    Nah, it was probably ditching Sony, and partnering with Philips instead. Both causing the Sony Playstation as a competitor, and the CDI.
