    Korg at least has the DS-10 forum but without being able to post screenshots from DSN-12 anymore, sharing patches will be too difficult for most people to bother. :/ I'm not sure that most users are aware of the fact that Korg can be used commercially and that patches are non-copyrightable but Korg users are pretty technical and smart and it's nice to see a sort of collaboration going on between

    ...musicians as they share types of sounds that they've been able to develop/program on the synthesizer. This will also be a big problem for getting the public keys for SmileBASIC projects unless someone creates a place for people to do that but then it won't have the same console integration that Miiverse had so it will still be used less.

    Places Miiverse lets you share a post to, up top, distinguished by buttons that say "Tweet" and a lowercase t, aren't really adequate alternatives. For the latter, the HTML is even more garbage than Miiverse's & on both, the central focus isn't games and you have many people who spend all their time looking for oppression & will probably accuse you of it even when you just post video games.

    On the upside. Nintendo had NSider, Flipnotes online (if you count that), and Miiverse. I know the first and last of those ran for about 5 years with 5 years between them, so... I'm pretty sure that they'll have something else in the not-too-distant future. I'm annoyed that they'll leave a non-functional app on the main menu of the console OS, though. To be honest, I didn't even want Miiverse...

    ...on my system in the first place. They forced me to have it by making it part of the OS instead of a downloadable app. They started making you have to register new stuff (NNIDs) just be able to download stuff on the e-shop! Eventually I warmed up to it - mainly because I already had to create an account in order to use the e-shop. Mostly, though, I just care about the 3DS screenshot function.
