ステージ作りについて

皆さんは、ステージを作る際にどのようなことを心掛けていますか？　もし、「こういう感じに作るといいよ」みたいなことがあれば教えてください。　あと、どのキャラクターも平等に戦えるようなステージの作り方をお願いします。
