Why Decidueye won’t be in the next Smash game

So I have seen a lot of people want this Pokémon in Smash, probably because he is popular idk. However, by the time the next Smash is in development, we will most likely be in Gen 8. Zorarawk (spelt that wrong) was popular, but wasn’t playable in S4.

    there are alot of popular pokemon that didn't get in but Smash needs a Grass Starter. & Zoroark isn't popular enough to get its own Character

    This is probably true. I've thought of that myself. Should be interesting to see how it goes. Personally, I'm still holding onto the slim hope that they'll reach all the way back to Gen 3 and give us Sceptile along with whatever new Pokémon they choose.

    I think it 'could' work, not that I want it to. There is a character in a game called Rivals of Aether who is a bird. I think it could work similarly as in he can multi jump by flapping his wings, shoot his Spirit Shackle across the stage like Link's bow that might stun them. Recovery could be like a Wing Attack, flying up like Marth's recovery but with its wing. Idk, I don't see it happening...
