    @lintt I'm no expert but earing that much food could make you seriously ill and rupture your stomach and drink 4 litres of fluids in such a short time can give you water intoxication.

    One basic cheese & tomato pizza a day with added vegatables is perfect. For added foods to put on your basic pizza try these→ red onions, tomatos, peppers, chillis, spinach, chesnut mushrooms, garlic, cucumber, pineapple, pear.... obviously chop em and don't have to put All on one pizza. Eat less+save money = healthy lifestyle
