Stil ändern der Kunden?

Hallo, in den ersten beiden Teilen der Serie kann ich durch das ändern des Stils z.B. von Sportlich auf Exklusiv andere Kunden anlocken. Ich habe auf Exklusiv umgestellt, davor war es Pop, aber meine Kunden kaufen nur cool ein, wie kann ich das ändern?
